"I’ve been very disappointed with the handling of my State Farm claim through Rob Cutter’s agency. The inspector did not enter the crawlspace, even though it was central to the moisture and mold issues I reported. My claim was denied, and after I raised concerns about the incomplete inspection, the same inspector was involved again.

In my experience, communication was poor, and I do not believe the investigation was thorough. This has left me questioning the experience and qualifications of the people assigned to evaluate my claim.

I strongly suggest anyone considering State Farm carefully review the policy’s coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures before purchasing. When you need to file a claim, you expect a thorough inspection, clear communication, and a fair evaluation. I do not feel I received that."

"Sometimes you don't realize the value of your insurance until you need it, and after having been involved in a car accident and a separate mishap with my husband's driving record, I am SO impressed with the Rob Cutting State Farm Agency, especially Terry!!! We were hit by a vehicle that ran a red light and our car was totaled. State Farm was instrumental in helping us through that claim and I had a lot of questions that the home office answered. On top of that, my husband received a non-moving violation which was mis-filed by the courthouse, which was going to cause our rates to raise.
